Dr. Shazali Osman

A devoted academician, Dr. Shazali Osman serves as an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at AUBH. His vast expertise spans various areas of Mechanical Engineering, including Machine Designs, Vibration Analysis, Mechanics of Materials, Statics, Dynamics, Controls, and Mechatronics.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Dr. Osman’s research interests include Signal Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Online Smart Machinery Condition Monitoring, Time Series Forecasting, Smart Sensors, Intelligent Control, and Mechatronics.

Prior to joining AUBH, Dr. Osman held several teaching positions at Lakehead University in Canada, Norwich University, and South Dakota University in the United States.

Dr. Osman holds a Technologist Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Algonquin College, Canada, a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, a Master of Applied Science in Control Engineering from Lakehead University, Canada, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics from Lakehead University, Canada. With more than 16 years of teaching experience as well as working in the industry, Dr. Shazali has made significant contributions to the field.
