Dr. Saraa Alasadi serves as an Assistant Professor at AUBH, bringing a wealth of industry and academic experience in Civil Engineering with a specialized focus on digital transformation, machine learning, and sustainability within construction projects and engineering management. Dr. Saraa has extensive teaching experience across engineering disciplines, covering subjects such as analytics for engineering managers, traffic engineering, sustainable construction, environmental governance, construction economics, and engineering ethics. She is skilled in curriculum development, focusing on hands-on applications and alignment with industry standards. Proficient in project planning, data modeling, financial analysis, and tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, MATLAB, SPSS, and C++, she integrates modern techniques to enhance practical learning and industry readiness.

Dr. Saraa has wide experience in Bahrain’s construction sector, focusing on contracts management, resource planning, financial oversight, and compliance for major infrastructure projects. Her responsibilities included contract negotiation and cost analysis to ensure alignment with client and regulatory standards. Her project work spans traffic design, structural assessments, and roadworks optimization, emphasizing efficient and high-quality delivery.

She is widely published in areas such as BIM cost management, optimization in construction, and financial performance prediction. Dr. Saraa frequently presents her research at international conferences and contributes as a keynote speaker on topics related to AI applications, sustainability, and digital transformation in construction
