Dr. Mansoor Farooq

Dr. Mansoor Farooq serves as the Assistant Professor at the College of Engineering and Computing at AUBH. Dr. Farooq brings over 14 years of teaching and research experience to his role at AUBH. Before joining, he served as an Assistant Professor of Information Technology at the University of Kashmir and as a Lecturer at the University of Technology and Applied Science in Oman. Additionally, he worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Kashmir and as an IT Security Engineer at G. L. Networks and Systems Pvt. Ltd.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Dr. Farooq has made significant contributions to academia, with numerous published articles in internationally indexed journals, over four books, and six design patents in the UK and India. His research focuses on cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He is also an active member of various professional computing societies, including ACM and IAENG.
