The Office of the Registrar serves as the University’s official custodian of students’ academic records and it takes a leadership role in the accurate and efficient management of information and student data. It provides a variety of services and support for prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff.
Primary Services
- Maintaining students’ personal information and documents.
- Course registration (including add/drop, course withdrawal, overload, transfer of credits, etc.).
- Managing grades and grade appeal procedures.
- Issuing transcripts of records, graduation certificates and letters.
- Endorsement of certificates with the Higher Education Council of Bahrain.
