Dr. Nina Abdulrazzak

Dr. Nina Abdul Razzak serves as an Associate Professor in the College of Arts and Sciences and the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence at AUBH.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Prior to joining AUBH, she was an Academic Consultant at the Directorate of Higher Education Reviews of the Bahrain Education and Training Quality Authority (BQA). In prior years, she held different teaching and administrative positions at the Bahrain Teachers College (BTC) of the University of Bahrain (UOB); Mohammad Almana College of Health Sciences (MACHS) in Al Khobar, KSA; and Effat University in Jeddah, KSA. Some of her titles include Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology and Leadership, Head of Department, and Vice Dean of Academic Affairs. During her time with Saudi NCAAA, she served as a panel chair of accreditation teams reviewing university programs and as a faculty trainer on quality assurance and accreditation issues.

Several of Dr. Abdul Razzak’s publications have been published in international scientific journals, and her research interests include pedagogical practices, effective educational leadership, leadership development, and technology integration in schools. She is also a reviewer for several international scientific journals in addition to being the founder and managing editor of her own international peer-reviewed scientific journal ‘The Journal of Teaching and Teacher Education’.
